We handle the sale of your campground in the normal real estate manner. We
are licensed in some states. In states we are not licensed we cooperate
with a local broker licensed in that state. We handle the entire process,
finding a buyer, answering his questions, negotiations, contract and
closing.
We get a normal real estate commission at the successful conclusion of this
process.
The second way to access our services is a new marketing service. If you
feel you can handle the sale of your park with a little help this process
may work for you. We prepare a professional marketing package for your
campground and get the information to 30 to 40 buyers that qualify to buy
your campground and are interested in a campground in your area. These
people are taken from our list of buyer having signed a confidentiality
agreement and have told us about their finances and their ability to pay.
If they are interested in your park you take it from there. There is an up
front fee but no real estate commission.
We appraise campgrounds. We have done appraisals for banks, the courts, the
SBA and estates. Call for more information about this service.
We do the Campground Check-Up. We evaluate the campground, we make
suggestions for improvement in service and to the bottom line.
We provide a Campground Comparison. If you give us your latest
income and expenses statement and a little information about your park, we will
give you 3 or 4 comparative campgrounds' income and expense statement. The
fee for this is $49.
