I don’t know if that is proper English, but I do know that it is important to the campground buyer. He has to understand himself, his positives and negatives so he can make a good decision when picking the right campground. We have talked about being a "runner" or a "builder" (see article in the library section). Most people want room to expand… and that is nice, but it may not be necessary for the "runner" type person. Are you a detail person, are you a mechanical person (can fix anything!), are you a financial person, are you a marketing person? You have to be all of these when you buy a campground… Hopefully the spouse is a compliment on some of these qualities. By understanding your wants and desires you will avoid problems. For example, I talked to one buyer who bought an overnight park. His customers came in in the late afternoon and left early the next day. He hated it. He wanted his customers to come in and stay a while! He sold that park and bought a destination park! He was happy, but it was an expensive lesson. AND a lesson you can learn for free! There is an article in the Library Section titled: Clarify Your Thinking on Selecting Your Ideal Campground. www.campground-data.com/library.html
