The Campground Check-Up is a hands on, on site review of your campground.  We do it for a number of reasons.  You may be in the process of reviewing this campground for purchase, you may need a direction to improve the campground and the bottom line.  You may need an appraisal for a variety of reasons; get a loan for purchase, refinance, estate purposes.  The fee for this service is $500 plus travel expenses.  If it require extensive time and travel there may be additional cost.

The Custom Comparison is a comparison to a specific campground's income and expense statement to others that have a similar operation.  You would provide the latest income and expense statement and a little about the campground and we would search our data base for 2-4 similar campground and give you a printed comparison.  The fee for this is $49.  You can order and pay for this service by clicking!
