Campground Data Buyer Information / Confidentiality Form

We are, or will be, sending you confidential information about campground businesses. This information is being provided to you for the sole purpose of reviewing for the possible purchase and no other reason. We ask that you keep this confidentiality and use this information for your use only, including the fact that the park is even available for sale. Owners do not want it generally known that their park is on the market. Also, do not make an unannounced trip to the park. Please alert this office of any planned visit. And, when at the park DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY NEGOTIATIONS.

As you will want full financial disclosure of a campground you might buy, a potential seller (or Bank) will need to know some information about you and I have enclosed a form below for you to fill out to start this process. This will help us in getting the correct information to you and to give us an idea of your seriousness about buying a campground. You can be assured that we will treat this information in a confidential manner.

When we receive this information we will provide additional information on parks that generally fit your needs and of course you will get all general mailings.
